Everyone deserves the opportunity to reflect on and process life's changes without judgment. My aim is to cultivate a non-judgmental open space where all expression is welcome. I work with a range of clients including those struggling with anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, disordered eating, grief and loss, life transitions, childhood trauma, compulsions, and emotional regulation. My Background
I have a background in both residential and outpatient settings. I have experience working eating disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, depression and anxiety.
I offer treatment based on an integrative model and a trauma focused lens, taking into account each individuals preferences and needs. A therapeutic process involves honoring past experiences, improving self awareness, acknowledging feelings, and establishing healing strategies; all with a pursuit of aligning mind, body, and spirit. I use modalities such as EMDR, mindfulness based therapy, somatic therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and parts work.
Starting therapy takes courage. I will be honored to walk alongside you in your journey towards healing and living a more fulfilling life.
