I am a LPC in the state of Missouri. I have experience working with eating disorders, chronic mental illnesses, comorbidities, and complex trauma. I am trained in EMDR, which is a highly effective trauma treatment. My approach to the therapy process begins with a mindset that safety and connection are the most important aspects of any healing relationship, including the relationship you continually develop with yourself. I believe that you have an amazing potential for self-healing. Together, we can work through the painful emotions and internalized beliefs so that you may connect, rediscover, and return to your unique and wonderful self.
